Job summary

Inspiro in Cebu seeks an Application Support specialist with 1–2 years of technical support experience, proficient in troubleshooting, incident management, and SQL data validation. You will work with .NET and C#, refine legacy code, and coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure service reliability.

Bachelor's degree is required; knowledge of MSSQL, system monitoring, and AI/ML features for business apps is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in application or technical support, preferably in a BPO/shared services environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes for system issues.
• Experience with ticket management systems and incident management process.
• Basic to intermediate SQL and database knowledge for data validation.
• Familiarity with system monitoring and responding to alerts.
• Ability to learn new technologies and apply tools to improve operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Required Skills and Work Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in application support or technical support, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform technical problem resolution, including troubleshooting and root cause identification for system issues.
• Experience in ticket management systems (e.g., logging, tracking, resolving, and escalating incidents within SLA).
• Working knowledge of incident and service request management processes, ensuring timely resolution and proper prioritization.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of databases and SQL querying for data validation and issue investigation.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and ability to identify and respond to system alerts and anomalies.
• Understanding of existing and emerging technologies, with the ability to adapt and apply tools that improve operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
