Job summary

Cybalink Solutions in Pasig City seeks an experienced Application Support Analyst to provide Level 2 support for enterprise applications. You will investigate issues across application, integration, and data layers, manage tickets, configure workflows, and assist with releases and testing.

The role requires strong English communication with Australian stakeholders, a Bachelor's in IT/CS, 3+ years of experience, and familiarity with ITSM/ITIL practices. The position is full-time in Arcovia, Brgy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of application support experience in a medium to large organization.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications including configuration, workflows, master data, reporting, user access, and permissions.
• Strong troubleshooting across application, integration, and data layers with practical SQL knowledge.
• Experience with APIs, interfaces, batch processes, file transfers, patches, upgrades, releases, and testing.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes; ITIL certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP, finance, project controls, maintenance, HR, or payroll applications advantageous.
• Exposure to Power BI, SSRS, Microsoft SQL Server, or Azure technologies desirable.
• Strong English communication, ownership, and ability to work with Australian stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for application incidents and service requests escalated by the Service Desk.
• Investigate and resolve issues across application, integration, and data layers.
• Manage assigned tickets through to resolution within agreed service levels.
• Configure applications and maintain workflows, master data, reference data, and standard reports.
• Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions following approved security procedures.
• Support joiner, mover, and leaver processes and user-access reviews.
• Monitor APIs, system interfaces, batch processes, scheduled jobs, and file transfers.
• Use SQL to investigate data issues, validate information, and perform controlled data corrections.
• Support application patches, upgrades, releases, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain runbooks, support documentation, and knowledge-base articles.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis, automation, security remediation, and process improvements.
• Communicate ticket progress, risks, and technical issues clearly to stakeholders.
