• Strong understanding of product specifications, applications, and engineering principles.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 90% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and business development in assigned focus markets.
• Develop strong technical knowledge of adhesive product technologies and applications.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Provide pre-sales technical consultation and application support.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications and applications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at large manufacturers.
• Support product specification and approval with institutions and OEMs.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a healthy project pipeline.
• Meet prospective clients regularly to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product/application-related issues.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory for customer meetings and business development.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Purchase, Accounts, Management, and Reporting Manager to ensure smooth customer support.
• Maintain timely and accurate sales reports and ensure adherence to reporting deadlines.
