Job summary

HCMO INTERNATIONAL TRADING is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the appliances sales team in expanding market coverage and improving dealer networks. You will develop strategies, set targets by territory, and manage relationships with dealers and key accounts.

Based in Manila, the role requires 3–5 years of sales management experience, strong leadership, and willingness to travel for field activities. You will collaborate with marketing on promotions and launches to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales management experience, preferably in appliances, consumer electronics, retail, or distribution.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
• Set sales targets by territory, product, and salesperson.
• Develop and expand dealer, distributor, retail, and key account networks.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions.
• Build strong relationships with dealers and major customers.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market activities.
• Coordinate with marketing on promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
• Monitor product availability, inventory, and fast/slow-moving items.
• Prepare sales forecasts and regular sales performance reports.
• Ensure proper implementation of company pricing and sales policies.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate sales personnel.
