Job summary

HCMO INTERNATIONAL TRADING is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join our appliance sales team in Metro Manila. You will guide customers, present product features, and close sales while delivering excellent service.

You will meet sales targets, maintain displays, coordinate deliveries, and stay informed on new products and promotions. Weekend or holiday work may be required; strong communication and product knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college-level education; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous sales or retail experience in appliances or consumer electronics is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Customer-service oriented and confident in dealing with different types of customers.
• Strong product presentation and selling skills are important.
• Willing to work on weekends or holidays when required.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing suitable appliances based on needs, preferences, and budget.
• Explain product features, specifications, benefits, prices, warranties, and promotions.
• Demonstrate appliance functions and proper usage when needed.
• Meet or exceed monthly and daily sales targets.
• Promote appliances and recommend additional products.
• Handle inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain organized product displays and monitor inventory.
• Process sales transactions and coordinate deliveries.
