The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in healthcare IT or related IT application analysis, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with ITIL processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/health informatics or related field; 8+ years' experience.
• 3-5+ years in healthcare IT or IT application analyst role.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned service management (Incident, Request, Change).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Track organization software applications using inventory tools.
• Assess new applications against defined requirements and capabilities.
• Identify overlapping functionalities for rationalization.
• Facilitate decommission of outdated apps with data integrity and compliance.
• Lead small analyst projects and coordinate with team members.
• Maintain architecture documentation and disaster recovery artifacts.
