Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee service and operational efficiency in the lending center, ensuring turnaround times, policy compliance, and regulatory standards are met.

You will handle loan applications, release loan proceeds, maintain CIFs, generate daily and month-end reports, and support team leaders with related duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Business or related course.

Responsibilities

• Process and ensure accuracy and completeness of loan application requirements.
• Balance end of day transactions of the branch and safekeeping of all loan documents.
• Receive and process loan applications for approval by Junior Loan Committee.
• In-charge of releasing loan proceeds to borrowers.
• Create and update Customer Information File (CIF) for all borrowers.
• Respond to inquiries about loan status and requirements.
• Generate reports and balance daily and month-end transactions.
• Prepare related accounting tickets for the day’s transactions.
• Handle record keeping, filing and safekeeping of all loan reports and tickets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leaders.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the overall service and operational efficiency and quality assurance of assigned lending center / business lending unit. He/she shall see to it that the required turn-around-time, company policy, operational controls and regulatory compliance are met at the highest level.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for processing and ensuring accuracy, completeness of loan application requirements, balancing end of day transactions of the branch and safekeeping of all loan documents.
• Receives and process all loan application submits loan applications for approval to Junior Loan Committee
• In-charge of releasing loan proceeds of borrowers
• Create and update Customer Information File (CIF) of all borrowers
• Receives and answers inquiries pertaining to loan application status and requirements
• Generate reports & balances all transactions for the day and during month-ends
• Prepare related accounting tickets for the day’s transaction
• Handles record keeping, filing and safekeeping of all loan reports & accounting tickets
• Generate reports & balances all transactions for the day and during month-ends
• Performs all other related duties and responsibilities assigned by Team Leaders
