Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Workday HCM Specialist to drive robust HR systems across APAC. You will provide hands-on Workday support, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with HR, IT, payroll, and finance teams to deliver reliable HR processes.

In this regional, multinational role, you will support testing, releases and integrations, drive process improvements, and help deploy AI-driven HR solutions while guiding stakeholders and users across geographies.

Qualifications

• Three years of hands-on Workday experience in regional or multinational environments.
• Experience with Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Learning, or Reporting.
• Knowledge of HR data privacy, governance, and secure HR data handling.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional Workday support for APAC as go-to expert.
• Maintain HR data integrity and perform data quality checks.
• Support testing, system releases, and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and improve workflows.
• Contribute to regional and global HR technology implementations and transformations.
• Provide guidance and training to HR teams and other Workday users.
