Avaloq, a Swiss wealth-tech company, invites applications for an L3 Line Manager to lead the APAC Windows compute team across on‑prem and cloud platforms. You will report to the Global Compute Services Line Manager in Switzerland and drive regional operations, governance, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure operations.
• Experience leading distributed infrastructure teams regionally.
• Strong knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC Compute Windows team and align with global strategy.
• Oversee design, deployment, and lifecycle management of Windows Server platforms across APAC.
• Drive automation, IaC, and CI/CD with PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform.
• Ensure security, patching, backup and DR strategies.
• Manage capacity planning and incident escalation.
