Job summary

Inchcape Digital in the Philippines is seeking a Network & Voice Specialist to support, manage and improve network and voice services across global markets with a primary APAC focus. You will work closely with LATAM and Europe teams to ensure stability and performance of WAN, LAN, VPNs and telephony platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with firewalls, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and enterprise voice environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in enterprise network operations or related roles.
• Cloud networking certifications highly regarded.
• Cisco and Security certifications desirable.
• Hands-on experience with WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPNs, firewalls, and SD-WAN.
• Experience with Fortinet solutions preferred.
• Knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi platforms like Cisco Meraki, Aruba.
• Solid understanding of IPv4, VLANs, routing, NAT, WAN.
• Basic understanding of enterprise voice/telephony environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of enterprise WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewall, internet connectivity, and voice/telephony services across regional markets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and voice incidents, coordinate escalations, and work with vendors, carriers, local IT teams, and global stakeholders.
• Provide operational support for telephony platforms, including call flows, IP phones, voice gateways, licensing, extensions, user provisioning, office moves, and basic administration tasks.
• Participate in regional and global projects involving network upgrades, cloud connectivity, Wi-Fi deployments, firewall changes, WAN rollouts, and voice service implementations.
• Support hybrid and cloud-connected environments, including Azure or similar cloud platforms, routing, connectivity, segmentation, and enterprise service integration.
• Ensure ITIL-aligned change management with accurate documentation, topologies, configurations, IP plans, procedures and dependencies.
• Collaborate across time zones, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and offer operational recommendations to improve stability.
