Job summary

Liquidnet is seeking a proactive Trade Services professional to service APAC clients, with backups for Australian domestic clients. You will liaise with Front Office and Operations to ensure high-quality client delivery. Strong service, communication, and settlement lifecycle knowledge are essential.

The role covers onboarding, trade processing, and regulatory reporting with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a global network.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-trade and settlement operations.
• Familiarity with sell-side/buy-side trading floor environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform client onboarding and static data maintenance.
• Process client trades and forward to custodian for all members.
• Pre-matching with market and client counterparties.
• Handle monthly commission claims and reconciliation across markets.
• Allocate trades and upload to clearing banks.
• Communicate resolution of issues to internal/external stakeholders.
