ICAP Management Services Ltd, Philippine Branch is seeking an Analyst, Trade Services to service APAC clients in post-trade and settlement operations. You will liaise with the Front Office and internal teams to ensure accurate processing, onboarding, and timely reporting across markets.
You will adapt to varying trading hours including Japanese or Sydney times, handle onboarding, data maintenance, and CSA requests while driving process improvements and STP initiatives.

This position is responsible for servicing primarily APAC clients, both in domestic and international markets and acting as back up for Australian domestic clients. In this equity Trade Services role, you will liaise with the APAC institutional client base in the post-execution (Operations) area and the Front Office (Sales Trading) team to ensure that client delivery is of a high quality. As such, you must possess excellent client service & communication skills, and a confident manner to effectively manage internal/external client expectations and deliver quality services.
