Cummins Inc is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operational roles in APAC. You will partner with hiring managers, map talent, source proactively, and ensure an inclusive candidate experience while driving hiring analytics and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Education, Licenses, Certifications: College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, RPO, executive search, or agency recruitment
• Experience recruiting across multiple job families and varying levels of seniority
• Strong sourcing and talent attraction capability, including passive candidate engagement and market mapping
• Proven ability to influence and build credibility with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Experience recruiting within technical, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, operational, or professional services environments
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret labour market trends and recruitment metrics
• A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences
• Exposure to recruitment across multiple APAC markets will be highly regarded

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market intelligence and recruitment insights.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and DEI initiatives.
• Leverage recruitment analytics and market data to drive improvement.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives in APAC.
• Manage offer negotiations and onboarding collaboration with stakeholders.
• Build relationships across countries, functions, and leadership teams in APAC.
