Job summary

Collins Aerospace is hiring a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to help establish the APAC TA Hub and support recruitment across the region. You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and HR partners across borders, using your language skills and operational expertise to keep hiring moving smoothly.

You will coordinate interviews, improve workflows and ensure timely, informed updates for candidates and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• At least five years in recruitment coordination or HR operations.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese, with strong business communication.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and locations.
• Experience with ATS or HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment workflows from postings to closures.
• Coordinate interviews across countries and communicate schedules.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in HR systems.
• Provide language-supported candidate communications.
• Partner with HR to ensure smooth hub operations.
