Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to help establish the APAC TA Hub and streamline recruitment across the region. You will work with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates and HR colleagues in multiple countries, using your language skills and operational expertise to keep hiring moving.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, improving workflows, and turning recruitment data into actionable insights while ensuring compliance and privacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• Five+ years in recruitment coordination or HR operations.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese with strong business English.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and locations.
• Proficient with an applicant tracking system or HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Keep requisition workflows moving from postings to closures.
• Coordinate interviews across countries and schedule panels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday and ATS.
• Provide language-supported communication for assigned markets.
• Produce operational reports and monitor service levels.
