Job summary

The Western Union Company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition APAC to lead high-volume recruitment across the APAC region. You will manage a team of 5-7 Talent Partners and drive scalable TA strategies to meet growth targets.

Based in Quezon City, Philippines, or Singapore, you will partner with senior leaders, drive workforce ramp-ups, and ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience while maintaining compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience including high-volume recruitment.
• 5+ years of people leadership with recruiters and performance delivery.
• Experience managing teams of 7–10 recruiters or larger.
• Proven track record delivering targets in APAC markets.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Partners to drive performance.
• Own recruitment delivery across APAC and meet hiring targets.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for large-scale hiring.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate workforce needs into TA plans.
• Drive project-based recruitment initiatives and workforce ramp-ups.
• Establish team objectives, hiring metrics, and use data to drive improvements.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, assessment, offer, onboarding.
• Build strong pipelines for critical roles and high-demand skills.
• Leverage employer branding and sourcing to attract top talent.
• Ensure use of recruitment tech, market intelligence, and reporting tools.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with local laws and policies.
• Advise leaders on talent market trends and workforce planning.
