Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate, Source-to-Contract, APAC, to ensure service delivery within the Regional Service Delivery Procurement Source-to-Contract organisation. You will work with business users, category teams, and related functions to enable right spend management and compliance across the APAC region.

The role emphasizes contracting, supplier collaboration, and adoption of automation/AI enhancements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Procurement, Finance, or related business
• Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills to build internal/external relationships
• Adaptability and openness to change; learning agility to drive process improvements
• Fluency in English and Japanese (written and oral) required

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily Source-to-Contract operations, including sourcing events, contract terms validation, drafting and execution
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and company policies
• Drive user experience improvements and efficiency in assigned areas
• Support automation and AI initiatives; act as product owner for S2C tools and AI features; gather requirements and test enhancements
