Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a skilled settlement operations professional to ensure timely trade settlements across APAC markets, including Australia. The role requires analytical problem-solving, strong organization, and the ability to work under pressure while collaborating with HUB and ISPL teams.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in financial markets operations, fluency in English, and a proactive mindset for process improvements, risk mitigation, and client-focused escalation when needed.

• Previous experience within an organization that has direct membership on the Australian Exchange.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring timely settlements of all trades.
• Work closely with HUB and ISPL locations to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Monitoring nostro and depot breaks and ensuring clearance is done in timely manner.
• Ensure timely and appropriate level of escalation pertaining to client impacted issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and mitigation of operational risk.
