Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a skilled settlement operations professional to ensure timely trade settlements across APAC markets, including Australia. The role requires analytical problem-solving, strong organization, and the ability to work under pressure while collaborating with HUB and ISPL teams.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in financial markets operations, fluency in English, and a proactive mindset for process improvements, risk mitigation, and client-focused escalation when needed.

Responsibilities

Product Scope; Settlement related processes for Equities & Bonds instruments across APAC markets (Primary market Australia), and other APAC markets: including but not only.

• Pre-matching.
• Fails investigation and resolution.
• Break investigation and clearance.
• Cash Payments
