Job summary

Accenture Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Trade Settlements professional to lead pre-matching, trade matching, inventory management, and exception handling.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, European teams, and external counterparties to control risk and ensure accurate settlement. The role requires 2+ years in trade settlements, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work non-standard hours aligned with APAC trading desks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of trade settlements experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong controls for trade processing.
• Capable of handling time-sensitive trades and deadlines.
• Collaborative with Front Office, Middle Office and counterparties.
• Proficient in MS Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Willing to work Asia-Pacific hours including Indian market holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-matching of trades and validate economics before matching.
• Ensure accurate matching of internal and external trades and manage aged items.
• Manage unmatched trades, discrepancies, and settlement breaks with stakeholders.
• Lead break investigations and coordinate corrective actions and reporting.
• Oversee inventory/position monitoring and reconcile system vs physical records.
• Identify and book depot transfers based on ladder positions.
• Capture and process trade lifecycle events to ensure data integrity.
• Support claims investigations with internal teams and counterparties.
• Monitor, escalate and report operational risks to stakeholders.
• Serve as primary ops contact for Front/Middle Office and counterparties.
