Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a Trade Settlements professional to lead operations across pre-matching, trade matching, inventory management and exception handling. You will collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, European teams, and external counterparties to ensure accurate settlements and robust risk controls.

The role requires coordinating cross-location teams, resolving disputes, supervising breaks, and maintaining data integrity across the trade lifecycle, including APAC hours

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in trade settlements across physical and/or financial products.
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined control mindset for processing.
• Ability to work under pressure with time-sensitive trades and deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with clear communication across stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, for tracking and reporting.
• Willing to work non-standard hours aligned to APAC trading desks.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-matching and validate trade economics to reduce exceptions.
• Ensure accurate matching of internal and external trades and manage aging items.
• Follow up unmatched trades, discrepancies, and settlement breaks with parties.
• Lead break investigations, coordinate corrective actions and reporting.
• Oversee inventory management, position monitoring and reconciliations.
• Identify and book depot transfers based on balances for onward deliveries.
• Capture and process trade lifecycle events to maintain data integrity.
• Monitor, escalate, and report operational risks and unresolved items.
• Serve as primary contact to Front/M Middle Office and counterparties per SLA.
