Concentrix is seeking a Senior Associate – Fixed Income & Securities Settlements to join a high-performing operations team supporting funding and settlement activities within an international banking environment. In this role, you’ll manage triparty repo processing, collateral management, and securities settlements, working closely with Front Office and Back Office to ensure timely, accurate processing.

• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive transactions and multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Adaptability within a fast-paced, international banking environment.
• Strong commitment to risk awareness, operational controls, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage triparty repo processing and settlements through BNY Mellon AccessEdge.
• Monitor trade matching and investigate unmatched trades and settlement discrepancies.
• Partner with Front Office teams to resolve trade, funding, and settlement issues.
• Process General Collateral Finance (GCF) repo transactions.
• Handle DTCC collateral pledges and substitutions.
• Monitor liquidity across multiple cash accounts to support successful settlements.
• Calculate and communicate daily triparty collateral requirements.
• Calculate and instruct interest payments for repo transactions.
• Reconcile triparty positions between Front Office and Back Office systems.
• Investigate rate discrepancies, balance breaks, and other processing exceptions.
• Maintain strong adherence to operational controls, procedures, and compliance requirements.
