Job summary

Payoneer, a global fintech company, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager / Team Leader to head APAC CSMs in Manila. The role focuses on managing top customers, driving renewals and expansions, and leading commercial conversations with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B sales with leadership experience.
Data-driven with strong commercial mindset and revenue growth track record.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience presenting to executives and leading C-suite meetings.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of CSMs across a sub-region in APAC.
Own portfolio of strategic customers; drive retention, renewals, expansion.
Lead commercial conversations, upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
Build relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
Develop quarterly and annual account growth plans to maximize value.
Deliver executive-level QBRs and customer presentations with business impact.
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve challenges and ensure a seamless experience.
Track customer health, opportunities, and pipeline activity in CRM with reporting.
Create customer success stories, case studies, and advocacy opportunities.
Identify strategic growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive long-term success.
