Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in technology or SaaS.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions and geographies within APAC.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across APAC from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver hiring plans aligned with business goals.
• Recruit across functions including Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Finance, Legal, and other roles.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent insights to support decisions.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Support ad hoc HR projects like employer branding and employee experience.
