Job summary

Peoplegig is seeking a Sourcing Manager for APAC to identify top talent, map markets, and engage senior candidates across the Asia-Pacific region. The role blends hands-on sourcing with leadership oversight and close collaboration with executive search consultants to deliver high-quality pipelines.

You will drive search strategies, manage delivery standards, and ensure market intelligence supports successful executive placements across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment research, executive search, agency recruitment, or a related field.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a sourcing, research, or recruitment delivery team.
• Experience sourcing talent across multiple APAC countries or international markets.
• Strong market mapping, talent intelligence, and passive candidate identification skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive search consultants to understand client requirements and audience.
• Translate briefs into structured sourcing strategies, parameters, target lists, and candidate profiles.
• Lead sourcing for executive, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles across APAC.
• Conduct market mapping across industries, functions, and geographies.
• Identify active and passive candidates through multiple channels and networks.
• Maintain longlists and ensure high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Provide clear candidate summaries and market intelligence for reviews.
• Support candidate engagement and ensure a positive experience.
