Job summary

In All Media Inc. seeks a Salesforce Engineer to optimize the Salesforce Service Cloud platform in a 100% remote APAC role. You will join the Customer Success & Operations Engineering team to scale post-sales support, automate case handling, and improve agent productivity across diverse projects.

Key focus areas include AI-powered case summarization, Omnichannel routing, and real-time data sync with Snowflake, while sustaining high availability and rapid incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows development experience.
• Experience configuring Service Cloud and Omnichannel routing architectures.
• Proven production support, incident management, and root-cause analysis abilities.
• Experience building Salesforce API integrations with external systems.
• Strong monitoring and reliability ownership of incidents.
• Excellent written and spoken English for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the Salesforce Service Cloud-based post-sales support architecture and agent tools.
• Deliver technical enhancements across AI-driven case summarization, bulk messaging, Omnichannel routing and data integrations.
• Rotate into On-Call / Fast-Response Engineer role for incident triage and recovery.
• Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with Snowflake and other external platforms.
• Participate in Operations Reviews, monitoring, and documentation updates.
