Job summary

The Regional Payroll/HR Sr. Operations Manager will oversee HR and payroll operations across APAC with focus on the Philippines and Metro Manila.

• Degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years payroll/HR experience in large organizations.
• At least 5 years supervising multi-country teams in healthcare or similar complex settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR and payroll operations across APAC to meet SLAs and cost targets.
• Develop and implement SOPs, controls, and audit responses for HR/payroll.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff; manage backups and crossfunctional collaboration.
• Partner with finance, risk, labor relations, and vendors for seamless service.
