Arcadis is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join the Pursuit and Sales Enablement Team in Manila. You will coordinate the pursuit process, draft and format responses to RFPs/EOIs, and maintain proposal templates and boilerplate materials. Strong MS Office skills and a background in proposals are essential.

The role involves collaborating with Pursuit Teams and technical bid managers, coordinating document production, and supporting data for corporate materials across sectors.

Formación

• Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years experience coordinating, scheduling, editing, and producing proposals.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, English, Business Administration or Engineering related.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and develop creative, compelling and quality proposals and other tasks in response to RFPs.
• Respond to EOIs or RFQs and other proposal-related requests and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate pursuit process from capture planning to client response delivery.
• Update, reformat and/or rebrand MS Word, PowerPoint and InDesign documents.
• Assist with data capture for the Sales Support Database and maintain project profiles.
