Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, information technology, project management, business, or related fields.
• 5–7 years of Project Management experience in Insurance or Financial Services / Banking.
• Ability to drive adoption, manage change, and handle ambiguity with resilience.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management of the project team with governance controls.
• Deliver formal updates to senior stakeholders focusing on risk management.
• Translate technical information into clear business language for decision making.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and manage expectations across geographies.
• Develop business cases, detailed project plans, and manage risks and issues.
• Ensure on-time, on-cost, and within-quality delivery of project outputs.
