Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLLSPI) in Taguig, Philippines, is hiring to lead the APAC Vendor Performance Management team. You will guide a team of analysts, manage the end-to-end VPM cycle, and ensure timely scorecards, CAPs, and SPMs while collaborating with Sourcing & Procurement leadership across Asia Pacific.

You will drive process improvements, establish performance standards, and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver value and minimize risk.

Qualifications

• Strong internal consulting and analytical thinking skills.
• Proven experience leading and developing a team.
• Deep knowledge of vendor performance and procurement metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with Jaggaer (required) and Aravo (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Vendor Performance Management (VPM) cycle and scorecard handling.
• Provide guidance on vendor performance methodology and scoring standards.
• Monitor CAP timelines and reporting; coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Lead and develop the JBS Analyst and Senior Analyst – Vendor Performance team.
• Maintain records of scorecards, CAPs, and SPM documentation in Jaggaer.
