CloudPay Inc. in Manila is seeking an Associate APAC Payroll Specialist to handle the operational processing of payrolls for PH and APAC regions. You will work with the CloudPay team to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery and support cross-functional payroll activities.

The role requires end-to-end payroll experience, strong MS Excel skills, and clear English communication. This is a hybrid role in Manila with competitive benefits and a focus on compliant payroll delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have end-to-end payroll experience and knowledge of country-specific payroll rules.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll reporting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with international partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly payroll processing for PH and APAC region.
• Handle payroll payments and social contributions per local laws and company policies.
• Conduct payroll reconciliation and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Distribute payroll reports to various business units in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update payroll manual as needed.
• Address payroll queries from clients promptly and accurately.
