Job summary

Emerson in Mandaluyong, Philippines, is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join the Payroll Operations and Services team. A key SME for APAC payroll processing, you will ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery and build strong stakeholder relationships.

You will collaborate across teams, handle payroll interfaces, testing, and reporting, while delivering excellent service and supporting process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year program.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.

• Flexible with working hours to support APAC countries.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of payroll processes and legislative requirements for APAC countries.
• Process payroll interfaces and reconcile data; maintain schedules.
• Collaborate with DHCM on interface enhancements and testing.
• Conduct regression testing for payroll system changes.
• Ensure secure transfer of payroll reports/files with providers and partners.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll vendors and business units.
