CloudPay is seeking a Service Partner Manager to oversee in-country payroll provider performance and collaboration within its global Payroll Operations team. The role reports to the Manager, Service Partners Management and works with regional Directors, Customer Account Managers, and the Payroll Readiness & Transformation team.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in processes or partner networks.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the successful execution of the global Service Partner strategy across the assigned region.
• Nurture and expand strong, collaborative relationships with in-country Service Partners.
• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of payroll services, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Work closely with regional payroll teams to manage escalations and resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
• Champion payroll best practices and drive consistency in service standards with our Service Partners.
• Lead or support regular service reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
