Fresenius Medical Care Philippines is seeking a regional-level project management and business controlling professional to support the Vice President General Manager APAC. The role acts as an integration and coordination function between VP GMs, country organizations, and enabling and global functions for strategic and operational initiatives across the APAC Region.

Formación

• 5–8 years of professional experience in project management, business controlling, or strategy/consulting.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple countries and functions in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical capabilities to prepare decision-oriented analyses and materials.
• Professionalism, discretion, and integrity with confidential information.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ownership and follow-through.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across cultures and borders.
• Willingness to travel within the Region as required.

Responsabilidades

• Regional coordination and VP GM support for ~10 countries.
• Prepare, implement, and follow up on regional initiatives and priorities.
• Create presentations, reports, and communications for VP GMs.
• Coordinate office-management activities and SharePoint management.
• Establish and manage regional projects with planning, execution, and closure.
• Provide integrated regional insights by consolidating data across countries.
