Fresenius Medical Care Philippines is seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Operations Manager to lead APAC payroll and HR services. You will partner with HR, Finance and business leaders to ensure accurate payroll processing, personnel data integrity, and compliant benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in Payroll/HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Administration.
• 3+ years people management across multiple countries.
• Strong payroll knowledge and lifecycle administration.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; Workday preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Deliver payroll and HR operations across APAC.
