Fresenius Medical Care Solutions Services is seeking a Payroll & HR Operations Manager to lead day-to-day payroll and HR services across APAC. The role ensures accurate payroll, employee lifecycle management, and data accuracy while partnering with HR, Finance, and business leaders.

The successful candidate will drive process improvements, oversee system enhancements, and maintain strong vendor relationships to support a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or finance.
• 7+ years payroll/HR operations experience across regions.
• 3+ years people leadership in multi-country setup.
• Experience with HRIS/Workday preferred.
• Fluent in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage APAC payroll and HR operations across countries.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing per local laws.
• Oversee employee lifecycle transactions and data.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support benefits administration with vendors.
• Meet operational KPIs and SLAs.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Update SOPs and assist HR system projects.
• Resolve payroll/HR issues escalated by stakeholders.
• Lead and develop Payroll & HR Operations team.
