Kodland, an international digital skills platform for children aged 7 to 17, is a growing startup operating in over 40 countries and educating more than 30,000 children worldwide. We are hiring a full-time remote enrollment specialist to sign up clients for trial lessons, answer questions, and ensure smooth enrollment.

You must be available on weekends and have a reliable internet connection. Win with a dynamic team in a flexible, work-from-home setup.

Qualificações

• Fluent Polish or strong client communication in Polish.
• Experience with CRM systems is an asset.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsabilidades

• Contact clients by phone and other channels to sign them up for a trial lesson.
• Provide information about products/services and answer questions to resolve concerns.
• Ensure clients are enrolled, re-enrolled, and confirmed for trial lessons.
• Support clients through the enrollment process in our school.

Responsibilities:

Contacting clients via phone and other communication channels to sign them up for a trial lesson. Providing information about products/services, answering client questions and concerns, and resolving them effectively. Ensuring clients are enrolled, re-enrolled, and confirmed for trial lessons. Supporting clients throughout the process of enrolling in our school.

What makes you the best candidate?

• You can work full-time (hours are very flexible, but you must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays);
• You have a Windows or Mac computer/laptop and a stable internet connection;
• You are fluent in Polish or have a professional level of communication with clients;
• Knowledge of CRM systems will be an additional advantage.
