Job summary

Kodland is seeking a dedicated call center agent to be the first voice families hear after signup. You will contact parents by phone and WhatsApp to confirm trial class bookings and reschedule as needed, working from a remote setup.

You'll assist families with questions about courses, products and services, log outcomes in our system, and support them as they start learning at Kodland. A remote-friendly, full-time role with flexible hours including weekends offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Call center or customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
• Availability for a full-time schedule with flexible hours, including weekends.
• A computer and headset.
• Clear, friendly phone manner and ability to handle many conversations daily.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to different tools and systems.

About the role

Join our call center team and be the first voice families hear after signing up. You’ll contact parents by phone and WhatsApp through our internal software to confirm and reschedule their child’s trial class. There’s no cold calling. You’ll work with a very warm client base of people who have already shown interest in Kodland.

Your responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send WhatsApp messages to confirm clients’ trial class bookings.
• Reschedule trial classes when clients can’t attend, and confirm the new time.
• Answer questions about our courses, products and services, and resolve concerns effectively.
• Log the outcome of every contact in our system (status, notes, next steps).
• Support clients as they start learning at our school.

What makes you the best candidate

• Call center or customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
• Fluent English, or professional-level communication skills in English.
• Availability for a full-time schedule with flexible hours, including willingness to work Saturdays or Sundays.
• A Windows or Mac computer, a headset or microphone, and a stable internet connection.
• A clear, friendly phone manner and confidence in handling many conversations a day.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to different tools and systems.

Schedule (flexible hours)

• Weekdays: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM CET
