Qualifications

• 15+ years in managed services, service delivery, or related operations.
• Experience leading large, multi-site teams through senior leaders.
• Proven ability to design operating models and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment with budgets and investments.
• Experience with AI enabled servicing, automation, and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for Asia Pacific Managed Services across multiple sites and partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure resilient operations and service continuity.
• Define operating models with governance and escalation paths.
• Enable AI, automation, and digital servicing to improve quality and cost efficiency.
• Partner with executives to align client value and commercial outcomes.
• Drive transformation initiatives and organizational change.
