Eucalyptus is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple markets, including APAC, Manila, and beyond. You will shape hiring plans, advise stakeholders, and build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Seek, and an ATS.

In this role, you will own key hires, drive fast, high-quality delivery, and collaborate with the broader Talent team to scale teams in a fast-moving healthcare tech environment. Manila-based with hybrid work options.

Competenze

• 7+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience across multiple business functions.
• RPO/Head hunting experience with in-house TA exposure.
• Able to shape hiring plans, influence stakeholders, and refine role requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in the recruitment funnel.
• Manage multiple hiring processes and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive sourcing and building engaged talent pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
