Job summary

Movemedical is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to own customer implementations across APAC. You will take signed statements of work and drive from kickoff to go-live, coordinating with Solution Consultants, Support, Training, and Enablement.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and risks, serving as the main point of contact for APAC customers, and will navigate changing product requirements with ownership and clear, proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on project management experience with customer-facing implementations.
• End-to-end ownership of projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to navigate changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project tracking tools and standard office suites.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and handoff.
• Serve as the primary APAC contact, building trust through proactive communication.
• Run status meetings, manage expectations, and keep multiple projects on track.
• Identify blockers, escalate risks early and manage change orders when scope shifts.
• Learn the product deeply to explain it credibly and support customers when needed.
