Job summary

D2B is seeking a Medical Device Project & Quality Manager in the Asia-Pacific region. You will lead integrated program execution, establish sponsor-side quality controls, and drive key regulatory deliverables across APAC business hours.

The role bridges product innovation and commercial delivery, offering an accelerated path toward executive operations leadership as the company expands its technology portfolio. Remote work from the Philippines is supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in medical devices or regulated healthcare environments (pharma/medical devices).
• Experience with ISO 13485 quality management systems.
• Vendor governance: supplier qualification, quality agreements, change control systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English with executives and engineers.
• Willingness to work flexible remote/hybrid hours across Australian and Chinese business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated program execution with cross-functional teams and milestones.
• Establish sponsor-side quality controls and oversee supplier governance.
• Negotiate quality agreements with OEM partners and monitor audits.
• Translate requirements into Odoo workflows and build dashboards.
• Coordinate launch-readiness across procurement, logistics, inventory, and traceability.
