Job summary

TP ICAP is seeking a Manager-level IT Project Manager to lead allocated projects across Asia Pacific. You will coordinate with stakeholders to define business cases, prioritize improvements, and ensure timely delivery of changes within budget.

Strong PM skills, budgeting, and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration are essential. The role operates in a hybrid setting with regional teams, requiring robust communication and change-management capabilities to align IT solutions with business

Qualifications

Agile PM with certification and ability to coach teams from Waterfall to Agile.
Strong business analysis using MS Visio, Activity/Swim lane/UML diagrams.
Budgeting and conflict management skills; excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Manage allocated IT projects/programs across Asia Pacific offices.
Liaise with stakeholders to understand the business case for development.
Prioritise enhancements and manage delivery timescales to business needs.
Analyse issues and specify technical solutions; create clear specs/requirements.
Coordinate involvement of tech departments and manage change requests and budget.
Produce test cases, perform testing, and manage UAT for changes.
Project manage all system releases and resolve day-to-day issues.
