Michael Page International Recruitment Philippines is seeking a Finance Transformation Project Manager – Accounts Payable in Makati City to lead AP process and systems transformation. The role focuses on modernising financial operations, deploying new technologies, and driving efficiency with cross‑functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in AP or related finance functions, strong PM skills, and familiarity with ERP/AP automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounts payable operations or similar finance function.
• Proven experience leading transformation or process improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of AP systems and automation tools (RPA/AI).
• Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AP transformation projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans with scope, resources, budget, and risk mitigation for AP transformation.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Oversee evaluation and implementation of new AP technologies and automation tools.
• Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Conduct training and develop documentation for smooth adoption of new processes.
• Track metrics like cost savings, processing time, and error rates; drive improvements.
• Identify and manage risks and issues impacting project success; create contingency plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align AP transformation with broader finance programs.
