Job summary

Foundever seeks a seasoned investigator leader to manage end-to-end security investigations across the APAC region. You will guide the Integrity Team, mentor staff, and ensure documentation and evidence handling meet global standards.

The role involves training delivery and collaboration with BISO, IT Security, and Compliance to address risks and policy violations. Applicants should have 5+ years in investigations, 2+ years in team leadership, and a four-year degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar investigations role.
• 2+ years in team management.
• CFE, ASIS PCI, WZ Interview Certification or similar preferred but not required.
• Four-year degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end investigations across APAC for security cases.
• Investigate unauthorized activities involving financial, compliance or reputational risks.
• Document findings, evidence, and outcomes in the case management system.
• Brief company personnel on risks, findings and policy violations in a timely manner.
• Mentor Integrity Team members to ensure performance and adherence to standards.
• Develop and deliver training on best practices and trends for associates and coaches.
• Support and coordinate with BISO, IT Security, and Compliance during investigations.
• Review security policies and client operations to identify liabilities or risks.
• Ensure policies align with physical security and operational environment.
