Job summary

Foundever® is seeking a seasoned investigator to lead, manage, and oversee the full lifecycle of investigations across the APAC region, including clients, vendors, and partners. The role focuses on security-related cases and risk management.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of professional experience, 2 years in managing teams, and a four-year degree or equivalent. English and Tagalog fluency are required for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing team(s).
• Four-year degree is preferred; equivalent work experience in investigations or related field accepted in lieu of formal education.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), ASIS PCI, WZ Interview Certification, or similar certification is preferred but not required.
• Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English.
• Excellent conversational and written knowledge in Tagalog.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Experience with Navex (EthicsPoint) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and oversee the full lifecycle of investigations across the APAC region.
• Investigate unauthorized activities or anomalies involving financial, compliance or reputational breaches and risks.
• Document all investigation activity, findings, evidence and outcomes in the case management system.
• Brief appropriate personnel on identified risks, findings and policy violations.
• Direct, mentor, and develop Integrity Team(s).
• Develop, support and deliver training on best practices and lessons learned.
• Support IT Security, Compliance and others in their reviews and investigations.
• Review security policies and client operations to identify liabilities or risks.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and regulators as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by senior leadership.
