Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a Senior Investigator to lead the Global Investigation Team's security investigations across the APAC region from the Philippines. You will oversee incident management and coordinate across security functions, with emphasis on regulatory and contractual compliance.

Your experience includes managing teams, robust investigative skills, and strong communication in English and Tagalog. You will mentor Integrity Teams and contribute to training and policy improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), ASIS PCI, WZ Interview Certification, or similar certification is preferred but not required.
• Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English and Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and oversee the full lifecycle of investigations involving clients, customers, vendors, Foundever employees, and third-party partners across the APAC region as it relates to Security cases.
• Investigate unauthorized activities or anomalies involving financial, compliance or reputational breaches and risks.
• Ensure all investigation activity, findings and case outcomes are documented in the case record management system and other tracking mechanisms.
• Brief appropriate personnel on identified potential client procedural risks, investigative findings and policy violations.
• Direct, mentor, and develop Integrity Teams to ensure performance and adherence to global investigation standards.
• Develop, support and deliver training on best practices, current trends and lessons learned for associates and coaches and broader opportunities.
• Support BISO, IT Security, Compliance and others in reviews and investigations related to investigations and threats.
• Review and update security policies and client operations to identify potential liabilities or policy violations.
• Support security policies to adhere to physical environments while identifying compliance violations and best practices.
• Be familiar with Physical Security Standards and assist the Physical Security Team if requested.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, prosecutors, regulators, and other officials as required for civil or criminal actions.
• Other tasks as assigned by Senior Manager of Global Investigations or the Global Business Information Security Officer.

Job description

This position will interact with local and regional teams and is tasked with overseeing all aspects of security investigations within the region for the Global Investigation Team. This role will have Investigation and Incident management as its primary focus; however, will also be capable and responsible for supporting other areas of the Security Team in the fields of Physical Security and Business Continuity within the assigned Region as required. This position will also manage Integrity Team(s) and provide investigation support for the team. This position will report to the Senior Manger of Global Investigations.

• Lead, manage, and oversee the full lifecycle of investigations involving clients, customers, vendors, Foundever employees, and third-party partners across the APAC region as it relates to Security cases.
• Investigate unauthorized activities or anomalies involving financial, compliance or reputational breaches and risks.
• Ensure all investigation activity, findings, evidence and case outcomes are accurately and thoroughly documented in the case record management system and any other tracking mechanisms in place.
• Brief appropriate company personnel, in a timely manner, on any identified potential client procedural risks, investigative findings, policy violations and other related concerns.
• Direct, mentor, and develop Integrity Team(s), ensuring performance, alignment, and adherence to global investigation standards.
• Develop, support and deliver training on best practices, current trends and lessons learned to be cascaded down to the associate and coach level, as well as, to be used in broader training opportunities.
• Support BISO, IT Security, Compliance and others to assess and assist with their reviews, investigations and other activities associated with investigations and threats.
• Review and update security policies and existing client operations in order to identify potential exposed contractual liabilities or potential security risk/policy violations respectively.
• Support security policies and guidance to adhere with the physical operational environment while identifying potential compliance violations and best practices.
• Be familiar with the Physical Security Standards and able to support the Physical Security Team if requested.
• Work with law enforcement, prosecutors, regulators, and other officials as required to support appropriate actions on civil or criminal violations.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager of Global Investigations or the Global Business Information Security Officer.

Qualifications

Tools and Applications

• Excellent knowledge of all MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Experience with Navex (EthicsPoint) is preferred but not required.
