Job summary

Foundever seeks a seasoned investigator leader to manage end-to-end security investigations across the APAC region. You will guide the Integrity Team, mentor staff, and ensure documentation and evidence handling meet global standards.

The role involves training delivery and collaboration with BISO, IT Security, and Compliance to address risks and policy violations. Applicants should have 5+ years in investigations, 2+ years in team leadership, and a four-year degree or equivalent experience.

Job Description:

• Lead, manage, and oversee the full lifecycle of investigations involving clients, customers, vendors, Foundever employees, and third-party partners across the APAC region as it relates to Security cases.
• Investigate unauthorized activities or anomalies involving financial, compliance or reputational breaches and risks.
• Ensure all investigation activity, findings, evidence and case outcomes are accurately and thoroughly documented in the case record management system and any other tracking mechanisms in place.
• Brief appropriate company personnel, in a timley manner, on any identified potential client procedural risks, investigative findings, policy violations and other related concerns.
• Direct, mentor, and develop Integrity Team(s), ensuring perfomance, alignment, and adherence to global investigaton standards.
• Develop, support and deliver training on best practices, current trends and lessons learned to be cascaded down to the associate and coach level, as well as, to be used in broader training opportunities.
• Support BISO, IT Security, Compliance and others to assess and assist with their reviews, investigations and other activities associated with investigations and threats.
• Review and update security policies and existing client operations in order to identify potential exposed contractual liabilities or potential security risk/policy violations respectively.
• Support security policies and guidance to adhere with the physical operational environment while identifying potential compliance violations and best practices.
• Be familiar with the Physical Security Standards and able to support the Physical Security Team if requested.
• Work with law enforcement, prosecutors, regulators, and other officals as required to support approproate actions on civil or criminal violations.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager of Global Investigations or the Global Business Information Security Officer.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing team(s).
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), ASIS PCI, WZ Interview Certification, or similar certification is preferred but not required.
• Four-year degree is preferred; equivalent work experience in investigations or related field accepted in lieu of formal education.

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively with clients, employees and internal departmental leadership.
• Expert knowledge and experience in Interviewing and Investigation best practices.
• Working knowledge of current industry trends and developments pertaining to security operations such as physical access controls, CCTV, and incident response.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions and be able to provide guidance, training and supervision to others
• Ability to show sensitivity in interactions with a diverse population; to maintain composure and always demonstrate professionalism and restraint
• Experience with Business Continuity and Physical Security is considered a plus, but training on these topics can be provided.
