Job summary

DT Global Asia Pacific seeks an HSE Coordinator to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSSE programs across the APAC region. You will help ensure compliance with WHS legislation and ISO45001, while promoting incident prevention and risk management.

You will maintain HSSE systems, coordinate travel deployment, and assist with audits and training to support staff safety and a strong safety culture across DT Global sites.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English with ability to prepare clear, professional documentation.
• Intermediate IT skills including MS Office and business systems.
• Ability to explain, interpret and communicate HSE systems to a range of stakeholders.
• Efficient time management and strong attention to detail; self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually improve the Travel Deployment module in Mitra (Mitra system).
• Develop and distribute HSSE communications materials and manage training compliance reporting.
• Assist in HSSE training needs analyses and content development.
• Coordinate with HSE and project personnel on travel deployment and incident management.
• Perform Manila office HSE inspections and report on compliance.
• Compile performance data for monthly/quarterly reporting to senior leadership.
