Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Specialist in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) to support and manage HSSE programs across assigned accounts. The role emphasizes implementing JLL's global HSSE system, regulatory compliance, and safety protocol development.

The candidate will collaborate with APAC teams, conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance while aligning with client HSSE standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HSSE management with corporate clients.
• Experience with APAC region regulatory requirements preferred.
• HSSE certifications pursued or held.

Responsibilities

• Support comprehensive HSSE operations across client accounts.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining JLL's Global HSSE management system.
• Contribute to workplace safety, incident management, and risk assessments.
• Provide guidance on risk mitigation and safety protocols.
• Support governance of first aid, fire safety, permit to work, and emergency response.
